Hey, I am Sandra.

I started taking photos for fun in 2023, inspired by a trip to Thailand. What began as a way to capture travel moments quickly turned into a fascination with light, atmosphere, and the small details of and in live.

Over seven months of traveling through Southeast Asia and Australia, I shot constantly—sometimes too much, overwhelmed by new experiences, yet being excited by the changing perspectives each place offered. At home, I take a slower approach, allowing myself to absorb a scene before taking the picture.

I don’t focus on one particular subject or style. Candid or composed, landscapes or urban — I’m drawn to what feels visually true to me. I like to show the familiar in a new light, to show details that might otherwise go unnoticed.

Looking ahead, I want to become more intentional and diverse in my work, experimenting with perspectives, techniques, and subjects, while staying true to what first excites me: the way light transforms a scene and the unnoticed charm of everyday moments.
